Chad has been in the mortgage business for over 20 years. He worked for the Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions as a State Examiner for two years before becoming a Mortgage Loan Officer in 2002. He has an extensive background in helping clients purchase homes, as well as refinancing their existing mortgages. Chad is a veteran of the Louisiana National Guard, and he is passionate about working with other veterans and helping them to achieve their dream of homeownership. Chad takes a personal interest in each one of his clients. His favorite part of the process is seeing his clients at closing when they have reached their goal of homeownership!
Chad is a father of five and has been married for over 25 years. He was born and raised in the Historic town of St. Martinville, LA; which he still calls home. He is a graduate of the University of Louisiana and a Ragin Cajun Fan – Geaux Cajuns!
