"So, I'm going to keep this short but trust me we can go on and on raving! Buying our home through DSLD was one of the BEST decisions we have ever made. The process from beginning to end was not only seamless and stress free but also very pleasant. One of the best things was we were able to get way more square footage for a great price than our search of over a year proved. Every person that we had contact with through DSLD was very versed in their field and as mentioned super pleasant. From our loan originator Honi to the building sales rep Kristen O'Brien, to their walkthrough superintendent Trey.. they were the best.. and continue even after closing. If I ever had to give someone advice between building a new home and buying an older home I would definitely say build - but most importantly - build with DSLD!
