"I made contact with Zac Daniels of DSLD Mortgage just before Thanksgiving of last year to buy this property which was closed on January 17, 2020! We can't believe we own this property which is down the street from my son, his wife and their 3 children. Our son and another son both moved to Huntsville mid-year in surprise moves. After moving them in (from NH) I happened to visit the Estates at Rivers Landing model home and put my name on a list with 12 interested buyers ahead of me. I was told that the property would probably not be sold until this past December. I thought this would be the longest shot to get a call for DSLD! I received a call just before Thanksgiving to see if I was still interested. I started my mortgage journey with Zac immediately, and he couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable and an advocate for me and my wife throughout the whole sale and closing process.
